Class Attendance – Attending all classes is mandatory. If absent, you must provide a signed leave form from both your parent/guardian and the Head of Training. 2. Dress Code – All students must wear the official school uniform. Male students must have short hair, while female students should keep their hair neat. 3. Respect & Discipline – Students must follow all school rules and show respect to lecturers, staff, and fellow students. 4. Facility Care – Keep the school clean. Washrooms must be left tidy after use, and lights should be turned off when not needed. 5. School Property – Students must take care of all school facilities and equipment. Any damage caused intentionally will be the student’s responsibility. 6. Punctuality – Students must arrive on time for all classes and scheduled activities. 7. Behavior – Any form of misconduct, including bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior, will lead to disciplinary action. 8. Electronic Devices – Phones and other electronic gadgets should not be used in class unless permitted by the instructor. 9. Marketing & Social Media – The institute may use students’ images for marketing on social media and other platforms. 10. Compliance – Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings, suspension, or dismissal from the institution Additional Policies Foreign Language Exams – Conducted internally. Students seeking international certification must arrange it independently. Fee Commitment: a) Foreign language students – Pay 50% of fees before starting. b) Aviation students – Pay 50% of semester fees before starting. c) Aviation uniform – Charged separately from tuition. d) Admission Fee – Ksh 3,000 (mandatory & non-refundable).
